Initially the business was partnership family business which was then take over by Mr.
Ramesh Shah and named as Industrial Trade Corporation in 1973.The company got converted into ELECTRO LUBE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.
IN 2005 and is successfully managed by his 2 sons Mr. Parag Shah and Mr. Tejas Shah .The company is now employing a team of skilled professionals and has developed many strong and lasting relationships with our customers. This relationships have been built over many years of quality and reliable service. By taking the time to understand our customer's individual requirements we provide them with the best solution based on our technical knowledge and experience.
We have also taken over manufacturing unit name C.N. Engineers since 2010 manufacturing Electricals Panel since 2010.Now, with highly experienced team we are expanding it into new company named C.N. ENGINEERS AND SYSTEMS PVT. LTD IN 2016 and added manufacturing of electrical furnaces and services.
The company known as M/s C N ENGINEERS was promoted by known technocrat – M/s Cyrus Bhesania 35 years ago at Vadodara – Gujarat who made significant contribution in the field by way building and supplying various types of quality Power & Control Panels .Subsequently about 5 years ago two young energetic Enterprise M/s PARAG and TEJAS SHAH aquired the business to scale up and expand in related areas.
This year -2016 M/s C N ENGINEERS added 100 years of combined experience in the field of Electrical System Engineering & Projects to take the existing business to next level .As also such vast pool of Experience and knowledge will be made use of to create Scenergy and expand in the area of manufacturing of Electrical Furnaces which is widely used in STEEL and FOUNDRY sectors.The 3 names which together contributes 100 years of experience are namley GORACHAND BASU, PRAKASH PANCHAL & JIVRAJ SUTARIA. All three had their roots and long working experience in the area of marketing /application engineering, designing and commissioning / trouble shooting of various types of Electrical Systems and furnaces at M/s HBB - ABB LTD in its Electrical Furnace and project Engineering Division
Thus formed new well structured and responsive company will be now on be known as M/s C N ENGINEERS AND SYSTEMS PVT LTD.
